Returns & Refunds Policy

You can return your merchandise up to 14 days from the date of delivery. This applies to both domestic and international customers.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at support@berbish.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business day with next steps.

Choose your refund method

When you start your return, you choose how to be refunded:

  • Store credit voucher (recommended) — Receive 115% of your item value as store credit, as a thank-you for keeping your purchase with us. Spend it on anything in our shop.
  • Cash refund — Refunded to your original payment method at 100% of your item value.

Return shipping is £7.99 in both cases and is paid by the customer at the start of the return. We do not refund original delivery charges.

Return conditions

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, completely undamaged and unworn, with original tags still attached and all original packaging intact. Final sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded. If an item is returned to us without the original tag, we will not contact you and will not return the item back to you.

Our return process

  1. Email support@berbish.com to request your return
  2. Once approved, we'll send you a payment link for the £7.99 return shipping
  3. After payment, we'll email you a Royal Mail QR code
  4. Take the QR code to any Post Office within Royal Mail's stated validity window (typically 14 days)
  5. On receipt, our team carries out a quality assessment
  6. If the item passes inspection, your refund or store credit is issued within 14 working days
  7. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

If an item is returned damaged or showing signs of wear, unfortunately we will not be able to refund.

Your right to cancel

In line with your statutory right to cancel, if you return your full order within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the original delivery costs. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse.

International customers

Some couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you are an international customer, please email support@berbish.com and we will advise you on how to return your parcel.

Proof of postage

Please obtain Proof of Postage when you return your item, clearly showing our return address and the date it was sent. We are not liable if you do not use a tracking service and the returned parcel gets lost. All returns will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt subject to the terms above
